Instructions
To submit your own still, first, take a screen capture from a video player on your computer (VLC media player, for both Macs and PCs, is recommended). Second, paste the screen capture into an image editing program, such as Photoshop. Third, crop (with respect to the aspect ratio) and save as a high-quality .jpg, .gif, or .png. Alternately, upload a raw screen capture, and we’ll fix it for you.
